If you know us, you’ve heard of our biannuals. These cornerstone state-of-the-company meetings are essential to resetting and refocusing on our agency goals as a team. Our first biannual of 2022 was hosted in our new hometown of Birmingham. We met at The Daxton, a boutique hotel, not far from our new headquarters at 300 Park Street.
We spent our time on the ambitious #Identity2025 goals we rolled out last year. As a creative agency, we know evolution is essential. We took on the critical task of reframing those goals as needed for the demands of today.
Whether we’re creating and executing great work for clients or driving success for our own growth, the factors guiding our way are clear. We’re exceeding what we’ve set out to do as we continue to grow, lead and innovate. The future is bright as we focus in on three core areas:
