NDeX President Scott Goldstein Named to Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago Advisory Council

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., August 8, 2011 – NDeX President and Chief Financial Officer Scott Goldstein has been appointed to the Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.
Advisory Council members are appointed to two-year terms by individuals and organizations representing a cross-section of the Midwest economy. The Council meets bi-annually with Chicago Federal Reserve President Charles Evans and other senior bank officials to provide insight on current business conditions. This important process contributes to the Federal Reserve System’s formulation of the nation’s monetary policy.

Prior to being named President of NDeX, Goldstein served as chief financial officer of Michigan’s largest mortgage default law firm, Trott & Trott, P.C. Goldstein holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Fordham University, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Lehigh University. He is a member of several professional organizations, including: the Mortgage Bankers Association; the United Trustees Association; the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants; and, Financial Executives International.
