Paster Enterprises Hires Mike Sturdivant as Leasing Agent

Company invests in top industry talent to drive success

ST. PAUL, Minn., January 24, 2013 — St. Paul, Minn.-based Paster Enterprises (PE), a leading developer and manager of neighborhood shopping centers in the Twin Cities, announced today the hiring of Mike Sturdivant as a leasing agent for the company. President and CEO Howard Paster made the announcement.

In this role, Mr. Sturdivant will strategically develop and launch effective marketing strategies for PE and prospective tenants. His duties will include working with existing tenants, being active in the brokerage community and researching industry trends.

“Mike has a keen ability to apply his industry experience and financial understanding to our local markets,” said Paster. “These qualities make him a great asset to our outstanding team.”

Mr. Sturdivant received his bachelor’s degree in finance from Metropolitan State University. He is a member of the Minnesota Shopping Center Association, the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors Emerging Brokers, and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Prior to joining PE, Sturdivant worked with CSM Corporation, H.J. Development and Linvill Properties.
