Farbman Group Offers Free And Convenient Fitness Program For Tenants

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., January 25, 2013 ­­­­­­­­­­— Southfield-based Farbman Group, a leading full-service real estate company, has partnered with Detroit-based Healthy 4 Life, a nutrition and exercise company, to launch complimentary lunchtime weight loss and fitness programs throughout many of the company’s local office building locations. Andrew Farbman, President and CEO of Farbman Group, made the announcement.

As more companies are sponsoring exercise and wellness programs for their employees to promote healthy lifestyles, Farbman Group saw a unique opportunity to take fitness availability to the next level by offering these programs directly to building tenants—while partnering with a local, growing small business.

During January, the program launched in the company’s Sheffield Office Park in Troy, Riverside Center in Southfield and Bingham Office Center in Bingham Farms, with plans to extend to other buildings. During the lunchtime sessions, participants are led through a 30-minute cardio circuit-training course that gets their heart rates up and bodies burning calories.
