Michelle Rubin Joins Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., December 6, 2013– Michelle Rubin has joined Southfield, Mich.-based Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss, P.C. as an associate in the Firm’s Estate Planning Practice Group. Jaffe CEO Bill Sider made the announcement.
Ms. Rubin served as a summer associate at Jaffe in 2012. Prior to this role, she served as a law clerk at Credit Acceptance Corporation. Among her responsibilities, she reviewed contracts for state compliance audits and drafted legal memoranda.
A cum laude graduate of Wayne State University Law School, Ms. Rubin served as an assistant editor and a note and comment editor for the Wayne Law Review. During this time, she also conducted research and assisted in drafting articles on the First Amendment and the Establishment Clause under Wayne State University Law School Professor Robert Sedler. Ms. Rubin received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Michigan.
