Gary Campbell Joins Midway Companies as Vice President, Capital Markets

HOUSTON, January 28, 2009 — Gary Campbell has joined Houston-based Midway Companies as Vice President, Capital Markets. Brad Freels, chairman and CEO of Midway Companies, made the announcement.

As Vice President, Capital Markets for Midway Companies, Mr. Campbell will focus on equity investment funding to broaden the company’s capital base for existing and future projects. Prior to joining Midway, he served as the Chief Investment and Financing Officer for The Dinerstein Companies, where he arranged more than $2 billion in capital market financings across the country.

Mr. Campbell is a graduate of Idaho State University, where he earned a business degree in Finance. He currently serves on the University’s Foundation Board of Directors, as well as the Investment and Audit committees.
