Corporate Travel Service CEO Named New Integration Chair for Entrepreneurs’ Organization Detroit

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., May 30, 2013 — Southfield, Mich.-based Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) Detroit, a chapter of the global community that enriches members’ lives through direct peer-to-peer learning, connections to experts and once-in-a-lifetime experiences, announced today that Dearborn Heights-based Corporate Travel Service’s CEO David DiFranco has been named the new integration chair for the chapter.
As the integration chair, DiFranco is serving a one-year term during which he is responsible for new member onboarding and education. He also serves as the bridge between new members and the full EO Detroit experience. Since the chapter’s founding in 1994, EO Detroit has grown to 146 members, generating a combined $1 billion in sales and employing more than 7,000 employees.
Joining EO Detroit in 2011, DiFranco is the CEO of Corporate Travel Service. Founded in 1969, Corporate Travel is an event management company and customized travel provider for individuals, businesses and affiliated groups, specializing in educational student tours, musical performance tours, theme cruises, religious pilgrimages, business travel management and personal vacation planning.
DiFranco earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. He is a member of International Visitors Council of Detroit, Sycamore Trust, Patrons of the Vatican Arts, Student and Youth Travel Association, International Air Transport Association and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants.
