Chief Commercial Officer Joins Wilbanks Energy Logistics

Company invests in top oil and gas industry talent to lead business development
ARTESIA, N.M., February 13, 2014 – Artesia, N.M.-based Wilbanks Energy Logistics (Wilbanks), an energy logistics and rig mobilization company dedicated to delivering solutions that create long-term value and competitive advantage for customers, announced today the hiring of Suzanne Ogle as chief commercial officer. Wilbanks CEO Michael A. Wysocki made the announcement.
In her new role, Ogle is responsible for leading and measuring the company’s business development and customer quality efforts, building and mentoring the Wilbanks sales team, and growing awareness of the Wilbanks brand in the Permian Basin.
“Wilbanks is investing in the best people, technology, resources and infrastructure to grow our presence in the Permian Basin,” said Wysocki. “With more than two decades of experience driving sales and marketing efforts in the American energy industry, as well as unmatched determination, industry understanding and relationships, Suzanne is the perfect candidate to lead our strategic Permian Basin business development efforts.”
Prior to joining Wilbanks, Ogle served as senior vice president of sales, marketing and industry relations for the compression and treating companies of Dallas-based Regency Energy Partners, a Master Limited Partnership midstream natural gas service provider. Preceding that, Ogle was vice president of marketing and investor relations for seven years with Houston-based Valerus, a global company specializing in integrated oil and natural gas operations, and served as the director of marketing for 12 years for Houston-based Hanover Compressor Company, a service provider for oil and gas production facilities now known as Exterran.
Ogle earned her master’s degree in educational psychology and her bachelor’s degree in business marketing from California Lutheran University, and her Executive Leadership for Energy Professionals Certificate from the University of Houston and the Independent Petroleum Association of America (IPAA). In addition to her work with Wilbanks, Ogle serves on a wide variety of industry committees and associations, including the New Mexico Oil and Gas Association, the Texas Energy Alliance, the IPAA, the Permian Basin Petroleum Association, the International Association of Drilling Contractors and the American Association of Drilling Engineers.
