“That kind of Marketing is absolutely priceless”

I came across this article a couple months ago. The very first time I went to Disney World I was fifteen and could have cared less about Disney’s marketing strategy. But over the past few years my husband, my profession and my nine visits to the Magic Kingdom have opened my eyes to the brilliant branding and public relations campaigns Disney World creates.

Instead of letting hiccups slow adoption, we should take a lesson from the Mouse and learn to turn them into opportunities to add more value.
