Miley manipulated?

By: Andrea Trapani

I realize I shouldn’t be feeding in to a story so unimportant and already blown out of proportion, but I can’t help being irritated by some of the comments being made, like the one released from the Disney Channel in People insinuating that someone as professional and iconic as Annie Leibovitz would “manipulate” a 15-year-old to sell magazines. I think the saddest part of the whole thing is that “bad” PR is what gets the most attention. If Miley had been photographed with her shirt on, the world may not have even noticed…maybe that’s why she agreed to take her shirt off in the first place. Even an “innocent, manipulated” 15-year-old knows that sex sells.
