Anyone who knows anything about Identity knows that more than a few of us are dog crazy. (I'm perhaps the worst offender.) This week's Movie of the Week is filed under the "Dogs Rule" department. No marketing, no PR, no social media. Just a doggone good story. Enjoy:
Raise your hand if you've ever watched the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air (hand raised high). Raise your hand if you've ever caught yourself doing the Carlton dance when you hear Tom Jones' "It's Not Unusual" song (hand raised high again).
So imagine my, and all the other Fresh Prince fans', delight when I saw the below video of Alfonso Ribeiro (who played Carlton on the show) leading what is claimed to be the world's largest simultaneous flash mob. Alfonso and his posse of flash mobbers did the same exact dance, on the same exact day, at the same exact time, in hundreds of cities across the United States and Canada.
Think about all the cool technology that exists today that people probably never expected to see in their lifetime. Now, think about how much more advanced technology will get as we progress further into the 21st century. Google is testing out a product that I absolutely see launching (and succeeding) in my lifetime - augmented reality glasses.
