back to timing

We received this quick note from a reporter today:
You guys are amazingly fast. I appreciate that.
This is not to brag, but only to reinforce how important it is to get back to reporters quickly. It can’t be said often enough. Timing is everything. And the other 10% is being a great source.
Reporters operate on deadlines. We as PR practitioners and our clients as sources serve them well (and ourselves) to respect those time constraints, even despite ours.
