Skyler McCurry

Skyler is embracing the dynamic world of human resources and operations to ensure a smooth and supportive experience for Identity’s team of gamelovers and their clients.

From coordinating employee benefits and planning internal events to assisting with onboarding, day-to-day HR tasks and managing employee inquiries, Skyler is a critical part of the agency’s internal operations. She contributes to Identity’s award-winning people-first workplace culture, while also serving as a conduit between the agency’s finance and operations functions and clients, partners, and other external vendors.

A proud graduate of the University of Michigan, Skyler holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in behavior and organizational human resources. Prior to Identity, Skyler gained foundational experience at Hare CPAs, where she handled sensitive client information, sharpened her attention to detail, and developed strong organizational skills. Skyler began her time at Identity within the agency’s apprenticeship program to learn through hands-on exposure to the agency’s processes and procedures.

Outside of work, Skyler stays busy planning her upcoming wedding, traveling with her fiancé Chris, spending quality time with their beloved 19-pound cat, Gus, and connecting with family and friends.
