Social Media Community Manager
Olivia brings a thoughtful, strategic approach to social media, helping amplify client stories and create impactful moments with their audiences.
As part of Identity’s Consumer vertical, Olivia analyzes social and digital trends, develops meaningful content and supports community engagement across client social channels. She brings bold ideas to life through thoughtful execution, helping clients strengthen engagement and build meaningful connections with their communities.
Before joining Identity, Olivia gained experience through internships with MSUFU and Piper & Gold Public Relations. A graduate of Michigan State University, she also served as public relations director for the university’s student-run VIM Magazine. In that role, she co-managed a team of eight PR specialists and helped develop, plan, and execute social initiatives and membership giveaways. Across these experiences, Olivia crafted internal messaging, managed client social media accounts, and prepared materials for the media. She has also served as communications coordinator for TEDxMSU, working with local media to support the conference.
Outside the office, you will find Olivia cooking up Ina Garten’s latest recipes, planning her next trip, or playing with her golden retriever, Winnie.
