Kate Winter

Kate is driven by fostering meaningful connections and curating narratives that elevate brand visibility.

Kate’s work across industry verticals includes media relations, influencer partnerships, content production, reporting, performance analytics, research and more. Since joining Identity in 2022, she has grown to serve in key roles on client teams, including communications and coordination of account deliverables, ensuring work is delivered on time and aligned with goals.

A Briton alumna, Kate graduated from Albion College where she earned degrees in economics & management and English with an emphasis in professional writing. During her time at Albion, Kate was a four-year collegiate volleyball player, member of the Student Athletic Advisory Committee (SAAC), local elementary mentor, athletic department staff member, Freshman-Year Experience coach, and served as president of her Greek sorority.

Outside the office, Kate can be found with her nose in a book in the Michigan sunshine or in the kitchen experimenting with new flavors and recipes to display on her food blog. She also continues her passion for sports and mentorship as a high school volleyball coach.
