Always eager to learn and explore new opportunities, from on-site support for client events to securing media coverage that amplifies client narratives, Kala stands out consistently producing great work, brainstorming big ideas, collaborating on account teams and asking insightful questions, showcasing her commitment to growth and excellence.

Before Identity, Kala started her career as a social media assistant and was a project manager for her department’s student-led, integrated marketing communications agency—gaining invaluable experience in digital strategy and time management.

Born and raised in the city of Detroit, Kala is also a proud Michigan State alumna and enjoys music and spending quality time with her family.
