She primarily supports the agency's B2B clients across multiple industries, with a particular focus on commercial real estate developers, private equity firms, healthcare organizations, and technology companies.

Prior to Identity, Kaitlyn worked in the life sciences industry, honing her craft in content creation, project management, social media, and brand strategy. She is a proud Central Michigan University alumna, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Arts with a focus in Integrative Public Relations. (Fire Up Chips!)
