Grace Tan

Grace Tan is an Apprentice at Identity, where she contributes to a variety of client initiatives through research, copywriting, and additional account support.

Grace is a proud graduate of New York University, where she majored in Media, Culture, and Communication. During her time in university, she served as a Deputy Culture Editor and writer for the Washington Square News where she got experience pitching and editing stories. She also helped build community and connect students to their cultural heritage by hosting events as President of the Asian Cultural Union.

Beyond her academic pursuits, she’s interned at various startups in New York City, getting experience in social media content coordination and brand strategy. During her study abroad experiences in Shanghai and Prague, she interned at various media companies, giving her a global perspective on trend analysis and how to connect with audiences across different cultural backgrounds.

Outside of work, Grace enjoys traveling, browsing vintage stores, and going on long walks.
