Erin oversees Identity’s robust, integrated client portfolio, driving the strategy and direction of a diverse cross section of businesses and brands with an emphasis on B2B marketing and the real estate industry.

A media relations practitioner at her core, Erin thrives on the opportunity to identify and share the unique perspectives and expertise of her clients through high-impact media visibility. Her nearly 20-year career with the agency has not been linear. From intern to admin and director to partner, Erin has touched every aspect of the agency, affording her the opportunity to learn and digest aspects of marketing she never expected to understand. From overarching strategy to social media engagement and performance marketing, she is now responsible for leading the strategy and direction of the B2B and Real Estate verticals of the agency’s growing portfolio.

Erin has played a significant role in shaping Identity’s commercial real estate vertical, having worked on CRE clients since her first day with the agency. She understands the industry’s nuances and complexities in a way that enables her to work with the Identity team to capitalize on unique opportunities. As a result of her real estate focus from the outset, Erin also has deep and diverse experience in crisis communications and counsel. Another significant part of Erin’s role is the training, education and upward mobility of the Identity team, and she has spearheaded multiple annual training initiatives that have led to significant performance improvements.

A proud Wolverine, Erin was recognized by PRNews with a Top Women Award in 2023 and by GlobeSt. as a Woman of Influence in 2025. She loves her kids—Hank and Eloise—followed by food, tennis, yoga, gardening and Opel, the cat.
