Andrea Pecoraro Conrad

Andrea leads Identity’s creative team to strategize, operationalize and execute the agency’s most expansive design initiatives.

Andrea drives the strategy and execution for all design and digital-heavy project work within the agency, fostering long-term, lasting relationships with client contacts built on trust and a track record of results. She is a master of process, authority on events and connoisseur of details, holding different roles at the agency that have evolved over more than 13 years—from a core focus on social media execution to a strategy seat and elevated creative involvement, to a member of the leadership team, bringing the agency’s vision to life in all aspects of her work.

Previously, Andrea spent five years at Kresge Eye Institute, specializing in event planning, project management, alumni relations and strategic marketing. Andrea is a proud graduate of Central Michigan University—fire up Chips!—and is an active member in her community.

After work, Andrea immerses herself in being a mom, wife, sister and daughter. She is a part-time comedian for her friends, therapist for all and ultimately brings #positivepecs to life daily.
