TEAM Schostak Family Restaurants Hires New Regional Kitchen Manager

Andre Rodriguez brings more than 10 years of culinary experience
to the 65 Michigan Applebee’s
LIVONIA, Mich., March 6, 2014—Livonia, Mich.-based TEAM Schostak Family Restaurants (TSFR), a family-owned restaurant group with an expansive portfolio of casual and fast-casual dining restaurants throughout the state of Michigan, announced today that Andre Rodriguez has joined the company as Regional Kitchen Manager. John Andrews, Vice President of Operations at TSFR, made the announcement.
In this role, Rodriguez is focused on creating a culture of culinary pride in each of TEAM Schostak’s 65 Applebee’s locations throughout Michigan. He is responsible for developing and implementing systems and procedures that will be used by all Applebee’s locations, as well as working closely with kitchen managers on new culinary opportunities.
Rodriguez began his career in the restaurant industry at the age of 15. With experience in nearly every role within the kitchen, from line cook to assistant general manager, Rodriguez’s resume includes positions at T.G.I. Fridays, Bar Louie and Aramark at Oakland University.
