Paster Enterprises Announces Six New Tenants at Twin Cities Shopping Centers

ST. PAUL, Minn., June 8, 2011 – St. Paul, Minn.-based Paster Enterprises, a leading manager and developer of neighborhood shopping centers in the Twin Cities, announced today that six new tenants have been secured at the company’s projects throughout the area. New tenants include Massage Elements, V4U, Home Choice, Broadway Pizza, National Karate and United Family Medicine. Paster Enterprises President Howard Paster made the announcement.
Central Plaza (110,127-square-foot community shopping center):
- Home Choice—7,100-square-foot furniture, appliance and electronics store
Crystal Shopping Center (370,000-square-foot community shopping center):
- National Karate—2,325-square-foot martial arts center
- V4U—4,802-square-foot tailor and dry cleaner
Crystal Town Center (59,481-square-foot community shopping center):
- Broadway Pizza—7,500-square-foot pizza parlor and restaurant
Mendota Plaza (54,983-square-foot community shopping center):
- Massage Elements—1,310-square-foot health and wellness retailer
Sibley Plaza (95,570-square-foot community shopping center):
- United Family Medicine—1,400-square-foot nonprofit family healthcare provider
