Paster Enterprises Announces Five New Tenants at Twin Cities Shopping Centers

ST. PAUL, Minn., January 4, 2011 – St. Paul, Minn.-based Paster Enterprises, a leading manager and developer of neighborhood shopping centers in the Twin Cities, announced today that five new tenants have been secured at the company’s projects throughout the area. New tenants include Furniture CLW, No Box TVs, Chickadee’s House, Anytime Fitness and Wilson’s Leather Outlet. Paster Enterprises President Howard Paster made the announcement.
Crystal Shopping Center (370,000–square-foot community shopping center):
- Wilson’s Leather Outlet—3,171-square-foot leather apparel store
Lexington Plaza Shoppes (26,747-square-foot neighborhood shopping center):
- Chickadee’s House—1,332-square-foot bird enthusiast store
Sibley Plaza (95,570-square-foot community shopping center):
- Furniture CLW—3,500-square-foot home goods retailer
- No Box TVs—3,390-square-foot television and electronics store
Southview Center (55,660-square-foot neighborhood shopping center):
- Anytime Fitness—4,000-square-foot fitness facility
