Natalie O’Keefe Joins Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss, P.C.

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Dec. 22, 2014—Natalie O’Keefe has joined Southfield, Mich.-based Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss, P.C. as an associate in the Firm’s Corporate Practice Group. Jaffe CEO Bill Sider made the announcement.
In her role with the Corporate Practice Group, Ms. O’Keefe will focus her practice on all aspects of general corporate law, ranging from emerging and growing businesses, securities, finance and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to becoming an associate, she served as a summer intern with the Firm, where she assisted with Regulation D offering, editing and reviewing confidentiality contracts and assisted in liquidating an insolvent limited liability company. She has held multiple internships throughout the state of Michigan, including the Prima Civitas Foundation and with the Michigan Supreme Court for Honorable Justice Marilyn Kelly.
Ms. O’Keefe earned her juris doctorate in 2014, graduating summa cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law. During her time there, she also served as notes editor and board member of the Michigan State Law Review. She received her bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University.
