FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., March 23, 2011 – Farmington Hills, Mich.-based NDeX, a leading provider of technology and processing services for default servicing law firms nationwide, announced today the appointment of its new Senior Vice President of Michigan Foreclosure Operations, Margaret S. Feskorn. She will work directly with NDeX Executive Vice President Richard Geary who is responsible for the management of all Michigan non-legal foreclosure staff and their processes. NDeX President Scott Goldstein made the announcement.
Prior to joining NDeX, Feskorn served as vice president and chief financial officer of Southfield, Mich.-based Capital Mortgage Funding, where she was responsible for the oversight of all operations, accounting functions and coordination of annual external audits and tax returns. She also previously served as the senior vice president of operational risks and controls for Chicago, Ill.-based LaSalle Bank Corporation, where she managed and acted as a liaison for the ABN AMRO Mortgage Group, Inc. (AAMG) in this capacity.
Feskorn received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Wayne State University in 1982 and became a certified public accountant in 1983. She is a member of several groups and associations, including the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Mortgage Bankers Association of Michigan.
