SOUTHFIELD, Mich., December 16, 2010 – Kim Easterle Mattes has joined Meadowbrook Insurance Group, Inc. (Meadowbrook, NYSE: MIG), a leader in specialty insurance programs based in Southfield, Michigan, as the new vice president of insurance. Meadowbrook SVP of Agency Operations Kenn Allen made the announcement.

Currently a Grosse Pointe Shores resident, Ms. Easterle Mattes received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Behavior and Industrial Relations from the University of Michigan in 1986. She earned an MBA in Strategic Marketing and Finance from the University of Detroit in 1988.
Prior to joining Meadowbrook, Ms. Easterle Mattes served as an insurance sales representative for the Troy, Michigan office of Huntington Bank (Huntington Insurance).
