Kevin Badgley Joins Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss, P.C.

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Nov. 25, 2013—Kevin Badgley has joined Southfield, Mich.-based Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss, P.C. as an associate in the Firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Jaffe CEO Bill Sider made the announcement.
Prior to joining Jaffe as a summer associate, Mr. Badgley served as a judicial intern for Chief Judge Gerald E. Rosen of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. During his internship, Mr. Badgley performed legal research in drafting bench memoranda for cases heard before the United States District Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
Mr. Badgley earned his Bachelor of Arts degree with high honors from Michigan State University. He is a cum laude graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, where he served on the editorial board of the Michigan Business and Entrepreneurial Law Review. During his time in law school, Mr. Badgley also provided transactional legal services to nonprofit and community-based organizations in the city of Detroit as a student attorney for Michigan’s Community and Economic Development Clinic.
