Jill Miller Named Partner at Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss, P.C.

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., February 28, 2011 — Jill Miller has been named partner at Southfield-based Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss, P.C. Jaffe CEO Richard Zussman made the announcement.

Miller is a partner in the Firm’s finance and aviation practice groups concentrating her practice on counseling companies in the merchant acquiring industry on strategic issues, and negotiating independent sales organization agreements, processor agreements, agent bank and merchant contracts. She also represents individuals and entities in the purchase and sale, financing and leasing of aircrafts.

She is a 1993 graduate of Eastern Michigan University and a 2004 cum laude graduate of the Michigan State University College of Law. She is a member of the Oakland County Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan, American Bar Association, ETA, W.net (Women Networking in Electronic Transactions), Women in Aviation and the National Aircraft Finance Association.
