BINGHAM FARMS, Mich., September 7, 2012 – Bingham Farms, Mich.-based Identity, an integrated public relations firm, raised monetary and in-kind donations for the Samaritan House as part of the agency’s summer corporate giving initiative. Identity Managing Partner Mark Winter made the announcement.
The firm collectively donated $1000 and gave school supplies to fill backpacks for the Samaritan House. The funds were used to purchase 80 dictionary-thesaurus combination books, along with 80 4GB flash drives. Multiple Identity staff members volunteered on the distribution day.
“We are proud to support the Samaritan House and recognize their efforts in building a strong community,” said Winter. “Our yearlong corporate giving initiative provides us with the opportunity to give back to the local community while reinforcing our strong corporate culture and team environment.”

The 2012 initiatives include the Ronald McDonald House of Detroit, Samaritan House, The Michigan Humane Society’s Mega March fundraiser and Starfish Family Services Adopt-A-Family program over the holidays.
