WHO: Anyone, regardless of whether they are current Friendship Circle supporters or volunteers, is welcome to participate.
WHEN: Wednesday, August 18, 2010. Participants should arrive by 5 p.m., and meet on the rooftop of the north parking structure. The freeze will start at 6 p.m.
