January 12, 2012 — Rosemont, Ill.-based First Hospitality Group (FHG), announced today that the company’s Hilton Chicago/Indian Lakes Resort General Manager Michael Hooper was honored at the Trumpet Awards, an event honoring the accomplishments of African Americans nationally. Hooper was honored among a selective spotlight on African American general managers of major hotels at the group’s 20th annual awards ceremony on January 7, 2012 in Atlanta, Georgia.
