Farbman Group Unveils Updated Application for 200 West Monroe

New version provides information on nearby parking and transportation routes

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., December 12, 2012 – Southfield, Mich.-based Farbman Group, a leading full-service real estate company, announced the release of a new version of their free iPhone and iPad application for the 200 West Monroe building in Chicago. In addition to providing users with specific information about the building, including photos, floor plans, amenities, and nearby hotels and restaurants, the updated version features a new section called “Transit” — which highlights the building’s close proximity to nearby transportation and parking. The app also provides the fastest walking routes to key points within the city, estimated time for each walk, and other pertinent information about incoming trains at stations in the area.

In addition to the 200 West Monroe app, the company recently released their brand new Farbman Group app, which features more than 60 different properties managed by Farbman Group throughout Chicago and metro Detroit. This app lets users sort through each property, select ones of interest and review important information. It also provides an instant email contact feature for those interested in investment opportunities.

The app was built by iTenant, a leading app designer based in Chicago with more than 10 years of experience in commercial real estate and technology.
