Domain at CITYCENTRE Now Open

HOUSTON, July 7, 2009 — Midway Companies, a Houston-based privately owned, fully integrated real estate development and investment firm, announced today that the Domain at CITYCENTRE is now open. The announcement was made Brad Freels, chairman and CEO of Midway Companies.
The Domain at CITYCENTRE consists of 370-luxury, garden-style rental residences located in the lifestyle development. Each apartment is appointed with designer details, including high ceilings, wood grain floors, and gourmet kitchens with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Amenities at Domain include three spacious courtyards, a resort-style swimming pool, a first-class fitness center and clubroom.

CITYCENTRE is a $500 million development and covers 1.8 million square feet.
