Coldwell Banker Weir Manuel Announces Formation of Bankers Title Agency, LLC

BIRMINGHAM, Mich., December 16, 2009—Coldwell Banker Weir Manuel (CBWM), a Birmingham, Michigan-based real estate broker with 11 offices and more than 400 real estate agents in southeast Michigan, announced today that it has partnered with Farmington Hills, Michigan-based Attorneys Title Agency (ATA) to form Bankers Title Agency, LLC. Coldwell Banker Weir Manuel CEO Kelly Sweeney and ATA Chairman and CEO David A. Trott made the announcement.

“We are very pleased to be making this announcement today,” said Sweeney.  “Bankers Title will provide exclusive, timely and, most importantly, ‘sleep well at night’ support for our agents and their clients. Our ‘client first’ service platform combined with ATA’s financial strength, access to the latest technology and scalability will provide our agents with direct access to the best title services and closing platform in the region.
