AGIS to Host Seminar, “Making Sense of the Economic Climate: Managing Employee Stress”

BIRMINGHAM, Mich., November 7, 2008 – AGIS, a full-service insurance agency, will host a no-cost corporate wellness strategies seminar, “Making Sense of the Economic Climate: Managing Employee Stress,” on Wednesday, November 12th from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the Birmingham Tower at 280 N. Old Woodward Ave., in Birmingham, Mich.
This valuable and educational seminar is part of AGIS’s ongoing “Solution Series” and will explore strategies for reducing absenteeism and presenteeism in the workplace.
Topics covered will include:
- How do I identify and manage my workplace’s hidden costs?
- How do I effectively integrate an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) into my benefit package and wellness initiatives?
- How do I respond to my employees’ 401k concerns during these unstable economic times?
The final phase of the seminar will include a roundtable discussion of the program topics.
