Kim Eberhardt

Vice President, Emerging Talent Manager

Identity Vice President Kim Eberhardt brings nearly two decades of multifaceted experience in marketing, communications and public relations to creating and executing strategy and programs that help organizations enhance brand awareness, meet business goals and produce results. She has worked with leaders across industries—from nonprofit and entrepreneurial ventures to professional service firms and beloved consumer brands.

Kim feeds off the energy of others and finds motivation in shared success and big wins. She is not afraid to tackle audacious goals and push herself and inspire others to think big and act bold. She gets fired up about rallying a team, celebrating achievements and fostering individual growth. There’s a reason she was voted “Most Spirited” by her high school senior class.

Prior to her work in communications agencies, she served as the vice president of marketing and communications for Hennessey Capital, a working capital provider for entrepreneurial businesses. Kim honed her nonprofit communication skills in her role as marketing manager at the Detroit Regional Chamber, where she focused on event and strategic partnership marketing and digital communications.

She is a past president of PRSA Detroit, Southeast Michigan’s premier industry trade association, with more than 350 members. She is also a graduate of Leadership Detroit Class XL and serves on the Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. She holds a Master of Arts in Public Relations and Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism and Public Relations, both from Michigan State University.

Outside of Identity, you can usually find her cooking, baking or browsing the pages of her massive cookbook collection, sharing meals with her friends and family, cheering on the MSU Spartans, on a bike ride or exploring Detroit with her (fellow Spartan) husband, Mike and beloved son, Griffin, by her side.
