As Vice President of Account Services, Erin oversees Identity’s wide range of client partnerships, driving the high-level strategy and direction and mobilizing teams to deliver great work. Most importantly, she works closely with every member of the account team to foster professional growth in alignment with individual capabilities, passions and goals. As a member of Identity’s leadership team, Erin plays an active role in informing the agency’s future and executing ongoing rocks to propel progress.
Erin’s professional experience was brief prior to her time with Identity—she joined the agency as an intern during her senior year at the University of Michigan and never looked back. Erin was never 15 going on 21. She was 15 going on 40, constantly reading, consuming information and observing those around her.
Having identified her interests and strengths early in life, she knew she wanted a career that would enable her to integrate her creativity and writing capability with her understanding of business (a direct result of her entrepreneurial dad) and street smarts, which she earned by observing four older sisters embrace life, make mistakes, take chances and ultimately shape incredible, fulfilling lives.
Evolving from an intern to an account executive, account manager, account director, and director of media relations and marketing, Erin has lived virtually every account role within the agency. Her passion for communications strategy, crisis work and media relations still fires her up daily, but her true professional fulfillment comes from seeing her team grow and evolve as professionals and outstanding individuals.
Outside of Identity, Erin loves spending time with her husband, Casey, and crazy pets—dogs Katana, Molly and Olive and cat, Opel—along with entertaining, spending time with family and friends, cooking, eating, drinking wine, playing tennis, reading and traveling.
