Zoup! Fresh Soup Retains Identity

BINGHAM FARMS, Mich., April 13, 2007—Southfield, Mich.,-based Zoup! Fresh Soup Company has retained the services of Bingham Farms, Mich.-based Identity Marketing & Public Relations to provide marketing and public relations support and counsel. The announcement was made by firm principals, Tom Nixon, Paul Kesman and Mark Winter.
Started in 1998 by partners Eric Ersher and David Elias, Zoup! prides itself on offering the most varieties of the best-tasting soups ever made. Currently, Zoup! has seven company stores and nine franchise locations with plans to expand throughout the Midwest. Each Zoup! restaurant features the unique option of online carryout ordering and daily soup selection e-mail updates.
Zoup! restaurants feature twelve soups daily from hundreds of proprietary recipes with all natural, fresh ingredients and complex “layers” of taste and flavor, including a daily assortment of dairy-free, vegetarian, low fat and spicy options. In addition, the menu features specialties such as sandwiches, salads and all-new Salad Wraps.
Identity will provide media relations services and other marketing solutions for the company.
