The Festival Companies Retains Identity

BINGHAM FARMS, Mich., February 2, 2007—Los Angeles, California-based The Festival Companies has retained Identity Marketing & Public Relations to coordinate the company’s regional and national media relations and marketing efforts. Identity principals Paul Kesman and Mark Winter made the announcement.
Launched on January 1, 2007, Festival Retail Fund #1 is a partnership between Chicago-based Goldman Sachs and Los Angeles-based The Festival Companies. Managed by The Festival Companies’ Principals Mark Schurgin and Rosalind Schurgin, Festival Retail Fund #1 invests in ground-up and existing retail properties including regional malls, lifestyle centers, power centers, community and strip centers and stand-alone buildings. The Fund will invest up to $800 million by the end of 2009.
