Identity’s Nikki Stephan Speaks at Four April Events

BINGHAM FARMS, Mich., May 1, 2011—Bingham Farms, Mich.-based Identity Marketing & Public Relations, a fully integrated marketing and public relations firm, announced that Identity Social Media Strategist Nikki Stephan served as a featured speaker for four industry-related groups in April and May.
Connected through her well-known expertise in social media, Stephan was invited to speak to both the U of M Dearborn MBA Marketing class and the Lawrence Technological University Creative Entrepreneurs class. Stephan provided introductory guidance to students about using social media for PR, marketing and entrepreneurship purposes.
Through her involvement in both the Detroit Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and Social Media Club Detroit (SMCD), Stephan was asked to speak on a panel at a PRSA Detroit, SMCD and Detroit Chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) joint event that attracted approximately 100 attendees. She discussed how the Web has impacted all facets of communication.
Lunch Ann Arbor Marketing (LA2M), an educational non-profit focused on teaching marketing to professionals in Michigan and beyond, also asked Stephan to speak at one of the organization’s weekly events. Stephan discussed her experience and how she used social media during the Chevy South by Southwest road trip challenge.
