Securing and maximizing a significant award opportunity for local tech client
Identity positions NITS Solutions founder as a leading woman in tech
Neetu Seth, owner and founder of Novi, Michigan-based data analytics services provider NITS Solutions, sought to generate credibility for herself and her company through local and national award opportunities. As a female business leader in the tech space, the annual Ernst & Young “Entrepreneurial Winning Women” recognition was of particular interest to Seth and one she had submitted for in the past. When the 2016 call for nominations opened, Seth enlisted Identity to craft a winning nomination.
Only 14 women would be accepted into the 2016 program, making it critical that our submission was on point and effectively shared Seth’s vision and expertise. Identity worked closely with Seth to gather all of the necessary information and create a comprehensive, sophisticated submission that met those goals. This included composing answers to several essay questions related to Seth’s vision for her company, as well as intimate details of the company’s operations—including revenue, employee count, total assets and total equity. This nomination helped Seth move on to the next round of vetting, which included several phone conversations between Seth and EY judges, which Identity helped coordinate and prepare Seth for. Finally, after several weeks of anticipation, it was announced that Seth was selected for inclusion in the 2016 North American class of EY E Entrepreneurial Winning Women.
Prior to the official announcement of the winners at an EY event in November 2016, Identity helped Seth prepare an elevator speech about her services and create visuals for EY to leverage in an introduction video about Seth and her company. Identity also drafted a press release that was distributed to coincide with the official announcement, resulting in a TV segment with WXYZ—further generating visibility and credibility for Seth and her work with NITS Solutions. DBusiness magazine also referenced the honor in a profile story about Seth in its January issue.
