Katherine Land Joins Identity

BINGHAM FARMS, Mich., June 30, 2014 — Bingham Farms, Mich.-based Identity, an integrated public relations firm, announced today that Katherine Land has joined the firm as account assistant. Identity Managing Partner Mark Winter made the announcement.
As account assistant, Land contributes to the development of strategic communication programs and provides research, copywriting, media relations, marketing and account management support for Identity clients.
Prior to joining Identity, Land worked as news editor for Oakland University where she managed and assigned all news content for the university’s website. She also served as a district executive for the Boy Scouts of America, a writer and production assistant at WXYZ-TV, and worked in Beijing, China, as a news reporter and editor for the China Daily Newspaper.
Land graduated with a Master of Arts degree in liberal studies from Oakland University and a Bachelor of Science degree in journalism and English from Central Michigan University.
