Kristin L. Goldbaum Named Partner at Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., April 2, 2013––Kristin L. Goldbaum has been named partner at Southfield, Mich.-based Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss, P.C. Jaffe CEO Bill Sider made the announcement.
Ms. Goldbaum has developed a thriving practice as a member of the Firm’s emerging and growth business and corporate practice groups in which she specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and securities.
An alumna of Michigan State University, Ms. Goldbaum earned her bachelor’s degree in finance and French with high distinction. She continued her education at Michigan State University College of Law, graduating magna cum laude with her juris doctorate and concentration in corporate law. During this time, she interned for the Honorable Bill Schuette in the Michigan Court of Appeals. Ms. Goldbaum is a member of the Michigan State Bar Association.
