Mrs. Weston is a member of the Firm’s Finance and Corporate practice groups, specializing in finance, electronic banking, business law and general corporate matters. She counsels financial institutions and businesses on mobile payments, merchant-acquiring, electronic fund transfers, loyalty cards and payment systems, merger and acquisition matters and represents both buyers and sellers of merchant portfolios and businesses in the payments industry.
Mrs. Weston earned her bachelor’s degree with honors from James Madison College at Michigan State University and is a magna cum laude graduate of Michigan State University College of Law. A published author and regular speaker, Mrs. Weston is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Electronic Transactions Association, ISO Best Practices Committee
