Maya Tillem

Maya Tillem is an Apprentice at Identity, supporting social strategy through trend analysis, content creation, and community engagement across digital platforms.

Maya is a recent graduate of Michigan State University, where she earned her B.A. in Public Relations with a minor in Business. During her time at Michigan State, she was highly involved in PRSSA, MSU’s public relations club. Most recently, Maya studied abroad in Rome, Italy, and Cannes, France as part of MSU’s Advertising & PR à la Mediterranean program.

Prior to joining Identity, Maya gained professional experience at Detroit Is It, where she managed their media database. She also worked as a Public Relations Intern at Ripple Public Relations, where she created press releases, pitched to media outlets, and developed social media strategies.

Outside of the office, Maya enjoys playing with dogs, making gluten-free cookies, and traveling.
