X Team International Partner Completes Leases For Two Northern Tool & Equipment Locations

DALLAS-FORT WORTH, TX, December 10, 2012—X Team International, an international alliance of retail real estate advisors with expertise in more than 45 major markets throughout the U.S., Canada and Europe, announced today that Dallas-Fort Worth-based partner Venture Commercial has completed leases for two Northern Tool + Equipment stores in Mississippi and Wisconsin. X Team International Partner Clay Mote of Venture Commercial, who is serving as master broker for Northern Tool + Equipment, made the announcement.

Northern Tool + Equipment’s new locations include a portion of the former K-Mart property in Jackson, Miss. at 5465 Highway 55 N, joining Cowboy Maloney Electronics, Big Lots and Save-A-Lot; and in Madison, Wisc., at 2118 W. Beltline Highway, where they will join Steinhafels Furniture.

Mote represented the retailer in both deals, while the landlords were self-represented.

“My strategy for finding optimal retail locations for Northern Tool continues to be identifying properties situated along highly visible corridors in super regional trade areas,” said Mote. “They are continuing to enter new markets by taking advantage of the continued success of their new 15,000-square-foot prototype stores.”
