Tri-Land Properties Welcomes Six New Tenants To Indiana and Kansas City Shopping Centers

KANSAS CITY, Mo., April 5, 2011 – Westchester, Ill.-based Tri-Land Properties, Inc., announced today that Dr. Holly Xu, Fashionista Exchange, Jimmy John’s, Lee Lee Nails, Party Time Liquor and Pride Cleaners have joined the company’s projects throughout Indiana and Kansas City. Tri-Land Executive Vice President of Leasing and Acquisitions Hugh Robinson made the announcement.

Century Plaza – Merrillville, Ind., (300,592-square-foot community shopping center)

  • Lee Lee Nails—1,200-square-foot nail salon

Cherokee South Plaza – Overland Park, Kan., (118,000-square-foot neighborhood shopping center)

  • Dr. Holly Xu—976-square-foot dentist office
  • Fashionista Exchange—1,270-square-foot upscale women’s resale boutique
  • Pride Cleaners—1,202-square-foot laundry and dry cleaning outlet

Devonshire Village – Olathe, Kan., (50,000-square-foot neighborhood shopping center)

  • Party Time Liquor—2,313-square-foot liquor and beverage store

10 Quivira Plaza – Shawnee, Kan., (180,000-square-foot community shopping center)

  • Jimmy John’s—1,830-square-foot gourmet sandwich restaurant
