Tri-Land Properties Announces Three New Tenants at Kansas City Shopping Centers

KANSAS CITY, Mo., September 14, 2010 – Westchester, Ill.-based Tri-Land Properties, Inc., announced today that Bon Bon Frozen Yogurt, Modern Nails and Big Biscuit have joined the company’s projects throughout the Kansas City market. Tri-Land Executive Vice President of Leasing and Acquisitions Hugh Robinson made the announcement.
Bon Bon Frozen Yogurt is opening a 1,689-square-foot store at the recently redeveloped Cherokee South Plaza. The store will offer self serve frozen yogurt, coffee and more. The redeveloped plaza now also includes three new buildings, outdoor patios, tree-lined walkways, sidewalk plants, and public spaces for neighborhood use.
Modern Nails is joining Brywood Centre with a 1,978-square-foot store. The nail salon offers a wide range of services including manicures, pedicures and other beautification treatments. The current redevelopment of Brywood Centre is set for completion in Spring 2011.
Big Biscuit will join 10 Quivira Plaza with a 4,500-square-foot restaurant. The restaurant will offer a variety of breakfast and lunch options. This will be the third Big Biscuit location. For more information and menus, visit www.bigbiscuitrestaurant.com.
