Tri-Land Properties Announces Three New Leases in Shopping Centers Throughout Midwest

24,084-square-foot Marshalls as new anchor of Southern Plaza in Indianapolis
WESTCHESTER, Ill., July 7, 2011 – Westchester, Ill.-based Tri-Land Properties, Inc., announced today that Marshalls and Qdoba Mexican Grill have joined the company’s projects in Indiana and Minnesota. Additionally, Blaine Oriental Market has expanded its space to nearly double the original size. Tri-Land Executive Vice President of Leasing and Acquisitions Hugh Robinson made the announcement.
Southern Plaza (335,000-square-foot Indianapolis shopping center anchored by Kroger and Office Depot):
- Marshalls—24,084-square-foot national off-price family apparel and home fashion retailer.
Century Plaza (300,592-square-foot shopping center located in Merrillville, Ind. anchored by Staples and Old Time Pottery):
- Qdoba Mexican Grill—2,700-square-foot Mexican fast-casual restaurant.
Oak Park Plaza (95,340-square-foot shopping center located in Blaine, Minn. anchored by Frattallone’s Ace Hardware):
- Blaine Oriental Market—previously 2,240 square feet, the specialty Asian products grocer has expanded to 4,280 square feet.
