The Health Law Partners’ Joel Greenberg Presents at National CPA Health Care Advisors Association’s Fall Conference

LAKE SUCCESS, N.Y., December 10, 2012 – Joel Greenberg, a partner at The Greenberg, Dresevic, Hinrichsen, Iwrey, Kalmowitz, La Salle, Lebow & Pendleton Law Group, a division of The Health Law Partners, P.C., recently spoke at the National CPA Health Care Advisors Association’s Fall Conference. Founding partner Carey Kalmowitz made the announcement.
Greenberg’s presentation entitled, “The Business Side of Medicine” provided valuable counsel for health care accountants, including insights on how to better navigate through the challenges associated with private practice medicine. Covering a host of threats that could prevent the growth and livelihood of their clients’ practice, Greenberg provided sound advice to avoid potential pitfalls, in regard to business, compliance and regulatory issues.
Focusing his practice on all corporate and transactional aspects of health care law, Greenberg represents clients in areas of entity establishment, partnership and shareholder agreements, federal and statue compliance and mergers and acquisitions of professional practices. A well-known mediator and negotiator, Greenberg is credentialed by the American Health Lawyers Association. A recognized attorney, Greenberg was selected as a Super Lawyer in 2011 and 2012. After graduating from Muhlenberg College, Greenberg earned his master’s degree in public administration before earning his juris doctorate from The American University.
